Beyond Fitness Weight Loss class is held on the third Monday of
each month at 5:45pm in Post Falls. Each month new information and
dieting strategies are presented. Each session will teach you the
most successful way to lose weight. Attend 4 in a row and you will
understand the whole weight loss journey. Start any month. You
will learn what you need to do to lose weight and stay motivated.
This class is based on the National Institute's Health Guidelines
on the Treatment of Weight loss and is endorsed by 54 medical
organizations including the American Medical Association, American
Diabetic Association, and the American Heart Association. No pills,
