Our Personal Training Department at Peak Health and Wellness Center in Post Falls take what we do very seriously, and we are not happy until our clients are successful!! We understand your journey and are determined to help you stay committed and reach your goals. We have some of the best Certified Personal Trainers in North Idaho. We promise to challenge you to enhance your life through movement and we will provide the motivation and support every step of the way.
We work with everyone from the fitness enthusiast wanting to be pain free to the athlete training for a specific sport or event. Weight loss and weight gain goals are very common requests but we have the ability to help you reach any goal ahead.
We offer all of our member’s goal orientation sessions to help lead them in the right direction. This brings our members more success and more structure to their workouts on a regular basis. Some things that our trainers may recommend or offer are FMS screening for functional training, posture analysis, weight loss or weight gain programs, strength and conditioning coaches for all athletics, and we also have a registered dietitian on staff for any other nutritional needs.
